Ryan Mahoney is an Agency Owner with Goosehead Insurance. Ryan, originally from New England, moved to Florida in 2002 and began his insurance career in 2005. After 12 years as a captive agent, Ryan wanted to expand and enhance the services provided to his clients and found that home with Goosehead!

Ryan, his wife Kristy, and their 4 girls reside in Concord, North Carolina and enjoy live music, playing golf and networking.

Mariana grew up in upstate NY where she graduated from The University at Albany with a BS in Marketing/Management and a minor in Psychology.  After working at West Point and corporate America, she and her husband, Michael, relocated to Charlotte.

They established Promotion Magic in 2003.  Promotion Magic combines its local presence with a worldwide selection of imprinted promotional products.  They provide creative marketing ideas and can imprint just about anything to help you brand your business.  Promotion Magic also provides screen printing, embroidery, and printing services.

Mariana has been a volunteer at CMPD Animal Care & Control since 2004.  Previous member of Therapy Dog International (reading with kids in group homes) and volunteer at the Mohawk Hudson River Humane Society.

Jade Stanford

Jade Stanford moved to North Carolina from south Louisiana in the summer of 2013. As a Cajun boy growing up, Jade loved anything fast and enjoyed working with his dad in the tire business. Jade could not sit still, and so at 18, he traded sitting in classes at college for pipeline work in the oil fields of Texas and Louisiana. His talents for knowing how things work, taking things apart and putting them back together again, an insane recall of customers’ vehicles and tire sizes, and a genuine love for serving, have all come together in the perfect career for Jade.

With over 20 years of experience, Jade opened Christian Brothers Automotive in Concord on August 12, 2013. He loves giving customers the Nice Difference® in auto repair and being able to live out the Christian Brothers’ motto “love your neighbor as yourself” through his business. Jade is happily married to his best friend, Jennifer. Together they bravely raise six children ranging in age from 6-20. In his free time, Jade loves working out with his local F3 group, mountain biking, church planting, and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with his community.

Deborah Mullet

Deborah is a graduate of Texas A&M University, who married an Ohio boy and somehow landed in Charlotte, North Carolina.

After helping her husband launch his business, Deborah decided she wanted to have her own business as well and decided to utilize her knowledge of small business, search engine optimization, and website building into The Web Idea Shop. She loves to find out her client’s needs and help small businesses, nonprofits and individuals succeed.

When Deborah is not working, she is chasing after her 3 small children and opening her home for hospitality.

Jeff Taylor

Soulful Sounds was started by owner Jeff Taylor in Queens NY. Jeff started playing music at a young age, which led him to entertaining family and friends at various birthday parties and weddings. As his musical talents grew, so did his business. Today thanks to our loyal customers, Soulful Sounds is one of the most popular Wedding DJ in the NY Tri-State Area and Long Island. We are now looking to bring our love of music and entertaining to the Charlotte NC area.

Amanda Reed

I grew up in Montoursville, Pennsylvania but have called North Carolina home for the last 10 years. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008 with a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and African Studies. I continued my legal education at Duke University where I received a Paralegal Certification before attending Charlotte School of Law in 2013. I am currently licensed and insured to practice law in the state of North Carolina.

I have been actively involved with a number of pro bono events including Wills for Hero’s and my involvement with pro bono work for first responders and the elderly ignited my passion for estate planning. Determined to pave my own way, I branched out and started my own practice in 2016. Although my work is estate planning, my passion is teaching the importance of having and maintaining essential end of life documents and the comfort that they bring to those left behind. My non-traditional mobile law office offers the competent legal work that you expect and the convenience that your family needs.

On a personal note, I am a home improvement junkie! On any given weekend, you can probably find me with tools in hand, ready to tackle my next project and I enjoy spending time with my family exploring the great outdoors on our beautiful farm.
